Ben Gash has been absolutely fantastic! Not only did he source exactly what I asked at VERY short notice he made the documents easy to sign as I was WFH and I didn't have access to a printer, he made sure I got exactly what I asked for, promptly and easily and without any fuss or stress. His customer service was nothing short of spectacular. He has also followed up with me as a duty of aftercare for my booking to make sure all went according to what was planned. I will 100% be going to Ben for all my future requirements, he and the service I received at Hospitality Guaranteed was brilliant. I have been a PA for 10 years now and have never come across a supplier who took so much time and effort in ensuring the service I got was as professional and timely as this.
