  2. Customer service is outstanding, when I phone everyone is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to mention Natalie Howe who is absolutely outstanding - her care and attention to detail is phenomenal.   17. Natalie ensured that we got all the information that we needed from the hotel and was on hand when we had questions.
