Working with HG has improved my working life. The staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I feel as if I have known them all my life and I know that we will work well together. I had very little training changing from the last company I used but I had no need to worry because the HG portal is very easy to use. At each step of a hotel booking I receive an email telling me what the next step is, whether it is the fact that some hotel options have been chosen or if the contract is ready to sign etc so nothing is missed out which is fantastic. They usually provide a few hotel options for me to choose from. The fact that invoices appear on my dashboard soon after checking out of a hotel and is all ready for me to print off has really helped. I also like the way that I can contact HG staff with a direct works personal email address and telephone number rather than a group inbox or group pick up.
